Police appeal to locate man missing from Randwick

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's east.

Mohamed Ouhammi, aged 64, was last seen on Belmore Road, Randwick, about 1.30pm on Monday 10 January 2022.

He was reported missing to officers attached to Eastern Beaches Police Area Command on Thursday 13 January 2022, who commenced inquiries to locate him.

Police and family hold serious concerns for Mohamed's welfare due to an existing medical condition that requires medication.

Mohamed is described as being of Mediterranean/Middle Eastern appearance, about 166cm tall and of solid build.

He was last seen wearing a yellow shirt with yellow and grey stripes, a grey undershirt and grey trackpants.

Mohamed is known to frequent Hyde Park in the Sydney CBD, as well as the Maroubra, Botany and Mascot areas.

Anyone with information about Mohamed's whereabouts is urged to contact Maroubra Police Station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
