Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's inner west.
Craig Smith, aged 43, was last heard from by family about 2.45am on Friday 18 March 2022.
When he could not be contacted or found in his Marrickville home later that day, police were notified.
Officers attached to Inner West Police Area Command have since been conducting inquiries into his whereabouts; however, Craig has not been located and police are now appealing for public assistance.
Police and family hold concerns for his welfare as he lives with a condition that requires medication.
Craig is described as being of Caucasian appearance, approximately 170cm tall, of medium build, with brown hair.
He is believed to be driving a grey Toyota Corolla with South Australian registration, S444CJZ.
He is known to frequent the Newtown area, as well as travel to South Australia and Australian Capital Territory.
