Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's south west.
Herman Hitipeuw, aged 79, was last seen at Bankstown Hospital on Eldridge Road, about 7.40pm on Monday 13 June 2022.
He has not been seen since and officers from Bankstown Police Area Command were notified and commenced investigations to locate him.
Police and family hold concerns for Herman's welfare as he has an injury that requires medical treatment.
Herman is described as being of Asian appearance, about 165cm tall, slim build, with black hair.
Herman is known to frequent the Bankstown area.
