Police appeal to locate man missing from Bankstown 16 February

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Bankstown, believed to be travelling in the state's south.

Peter Tomkins, aged 61, was last seen at an address on Resthaven Road, Bankstown, about 2pm yesterday (Wednesday 15 February 2023).

When he was unable to be located or contacted, officers attached to Bankstown Police Area Command commenced inquiries to locate him.

Family and police hold concerns for his welfare.

Peter is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 175cm tall, of thin build, with brown hair and blue eyes.

It is believed Peter could be travelling in a white Toyota HiAce with NSW registration BA52HR around the Hume region.
