Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from South Sydney.
Ty Simms, 30, was last seen on Underwood Avenue, Botany, on Friday 10 October 2025.
When he could not be located or contacted, officers attached to South Sydney Police Area Command were contacted and commenced inquiries to locate him.
Police hold concerns for his welfare.
Ty is described as being of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander appearance, about 185cm tall, of medium build, with brown shaved hair and a brown bushy beard.
Police believe he may have been in the vicinity of Anzac Parade, Maroubra about 5.15pm on Wednesday (29 October 20225).
He was last seen wearing a black cap, black hoodie, grey sweatpants and black shoes.
Ty is known to frequent the Botany, Maroubra and Southwest Sydney areas.
