Police Appeal To Locate Man Missing From Dubbo 27 October

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from the state's Central West.

Matthew Walford, aged 38, was last seen in Dubbo on Monday 13 October 2025.

When he could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Central North Police District were notified and commenced inquiries to locate him.

Family and police hold concerns for Matthew's welfare due to his mental health.

Matthew is described as being of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander appearance, about 180cm tall, medium build and dark hair.

He is known to frequent Dubbo, Wellington and Walgett area, as well as Redfern.

Anyone with information into his whereabouts is urged to contact Central North Police District or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
