Police appeal to locate man missing from Hills area

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man reported missing from The Hills area.

Richard Plaskitt, aged 74, was last seen on Old Northern Road, Dural, about 4pm yesterday (Saturday 30 July 2022).

Unable to be located since, family reported Richard missing to officers attached to The Hills Police Area Command who commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold serious concerns for Richard's welfare.

Richard is described as being of Caucasian appearance, approximately 165-170cm tall, of thin build, with short white hair and blue eyes.

He was last seen wearing jeans, a grey fleece jumper with white star details across the chest, and brown work boots.

He is known to frequent the Ebenezer area.

Anyone with any information in relation to Richard's whereabouts is urged to contact police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
