Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from the Lake Macquarie area.
Jay Rogers, aged 42, was last seen on Old Maitland Road, Mandalong, about 10pm last night (Tuesday 18 November 2025).
About 11.45pm yesterday, police were notified after Jay's vehicle was located unattended on Old Maitland Road, Mandalong.
Officers attached to Lake Macquarie Police District attended and commenced a search of the area.
The search remains underway in the area by local police, the Rescue and Bomb Disposal Unit, Dog Unit, PolAir, and NSW SES.
Jay is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 170-180cm tall, of thin build, with brown hair and facial hair, and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a navy-blue shirt, tan shorts and a dark hat.
