Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from The Rocks in Sydney.
Thomas Field, aged 77, was last seen walking towards Cicular Quay Railway Station, The Rocks about 5pm today (Saturday 3 January 2026).
When he could not be located, officers attached to Sydney City Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Police hold concerns for Thomas's welfare as he lives with dementia.
Thomas is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 170cm tall, of medium build, with blue eyes, bald head and freshly shaven.
He was last seen wearing beige shorts, a white t-shirt with blue squares, brown slippers and a grey cap.
Thomas may also be in the Sutherland area.
