Police appeal to locate man wanted on outstanding warrants

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man wanted on outstanding warrants.

River Jordan, also known as Daniel Dowdy, aged 30, is wanted by virtue of an outstanding arrest warrant relating to an alleged sexual offence and breaching reporting obligations.

Police have conducted inquiries into his whereabouts and believe the man attended Parramatta Train Station about 9am yesterday (Monday 21 February 2022).

As investigations continue, police have released images of the man.

River is described as being of Caucasian appearance, between 170cm and 175cm tall, of medium build with short brown hair and brown eyes. He has a tattoo of a star on the inside of his right forearm.

He is depicted wearing a dark coloured 'Calvin Klein' t-shirt and black shorts with a face mask.

River is known to frequent the suburbs of Malabar, Ashfield, Burwood and Parramatta and attend shopping centres and public toilets.
