Police appeal to locate missing boy in Cabramatta

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate an 11-year-old boy who has been missing from Cabramatta, NSW Police say.

Eleven-year-old Kiet Tran was last seen between 4pm and 4.30pm today (Thursday 26 April 2018) at Cabravale Memorial Park, Railway Parade, Cabramatta.

Relatives and police have serious concerns for his welfare.

Police from Fairfield City Police Area Command have been conducting inquiries into Kiet’s disappearance and have spoken to numerous friends and relatives without success.

He is described as being of Asian appearance, with an olive complexion, black hair, and with a slim build.

When he was last seen, Kiet was wearing a white t-shirt with a racing car picture, grey hooded jacket, grey track-suit pants, black and orange sneakers and carrying an orange basketball.

Anyone with information about Kiet’s whereabouts is urged to contact police immediately.

Police are urging anyone with information in relation to this incident to call Crime Stoppers.
