Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's southwest.
Stephen Symons, aged 47, was last seen leaving Campbelltown hospital about 5.15pm on Sunday 8 June 2025.
Officers attached to Campbelltown City Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Police and family hold concerns for Stephen's welfare.
Stephen is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 170cm tall, of medium build, light brown complexion, with brown hair, a brown beard and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a blue and white flannelette jacket, brown pants and white sneakers.
Stephen is known to frequent the Campbelltown area.
