Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's south.
Carl Austen, aged 48, was last seen at a medical facility on Gray Street, Kogarah, about 3.45pm today (Sunday 17 August 2025).
When he could not be contacted or located, officers attached to St George Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Police have concerns for his welfare as he lives with conditions which require treatment.
Carl is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 165cm tall with slim build, light brown/grey hair, a long bushy grey beard and moustache, and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black pants, and black runners.
Carl is known to frequent Lakemba, Redfern, Bankstown Kogarah and Carlton.
