Police appeal to locate missing man - Lower Mid North Coast

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from the lower Mid North Coast.

Richard Fogden – aged 62 – was last seen at his unit on Denison Street, Gloucester, about 80km south-west of Taree, on Monday 13 September 2021.

When a family member in Ballina was unable to contact Richard on Wednesday 15 September 2021, officers from Tweed/Byron Police District were notified.

Tweed/Byron police made contact with Manning/Great Lakes Police District, who commenced inquiries to locate him.

Police and family have concerns for Richard due to a medical condition which requires treatment.

Richard is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 180cm tall, of medium build, with brown hair and hazel/green eyes.

He is believed to be travelling in his white Holden Commodore bearing registration CO-83-QJ and could be travelling to Ballina.
