Police appeal to locate missing teen from Sydney's south

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage girl missing from Sydney's south.

Marielle Tabouda, aged 13, was last seen about 1.30pm on Thursday 20 January 2022 at a home on West Street, Hurstville.

Officers attached to St George Police Area Command commenced inquiries to locate her after she failed to return home.

Family and police hold concerns for her welfare due to her age.

Marielle is described as South American in appearance, with olive complexion, about 165cm tall, of slim build, with black mid length hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing shorts and a purple hoodie.

She is known to frequent the Hurstville, Kogarah and Allawah areas.
