Police appeal to locate missing teenager - Mt Druitt PAC

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teen missing from Sydney west.

Lesieli Palu, aged 17, was last seen at a fast-food outlet on Popondetta Road, Emerton, about 1.50pm on Thursday (28 July 2022).

When she could not be contacted by family, Lesieli was reported missing to officers from Mt Druitt Police Area Command, who commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Police and family hold concerns for Lesieli's welfare due to her age.

Lesieli is described as Pacific Islander/Maori appearance, large build, light brown skin, black hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing a black hoody jumper and black pants.

Lesieli is known to frequent the Mt Druitt, Auburn, Strathfield and Merrylands areas.

Inquiries have established that she maybe travelling in a white van with green P plates with two males described only as Pacific Islander/Maori appearance and a female.

Anyone with information into Lesieli's whereabouts is urged to contact Mt Druitt Police Station on or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
