Police appeal to locate teen missing from Sydney's west 6 February

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage girl missing from Blacktown.

Karianne Douglas, aged 14, was last seen at a shopping centre on Bay St, Glebe, on Saturday 27 January 2024.

When she could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Blacktown Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Police and family hold concerns for her welfare due to her young age.

Karianne is described as being of Pacific Islander/Maori appearance, about 155cm tall with medium build and brown/orange hair.

She is known to frequent Glebe, Marrickville, Town Hall, Parramatta and Chippendale.

Anyone with information into her whereabouts is urged to call police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
