Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage girl missing from Sydney's west.
Teleah McInnes, aged 16, was last seen on Blacktown Road, Blacktown, about 11.30am today (Tuesday 5 August 2025).
When she could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Blacktown Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.
Police and family hold concerns for her welfare.
Teleah is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 160m tall, medium build, with shoulder length black hair and green eyes.
She is known to frequent Blacktown and Lalor Park area.
