Police appeal to locate teen missing from Victoria, believed to be in Sydney

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenager missing from Victoria, who is believed to be in Sydney.

Liam Jozwin, aged 15, was last seen at a home in Drouin, Victoria, on the evening of Thursday 8 September 2022.

After making contact with family, it is believed Liam has travelled to Sydney and may be in the Redfern area; however, he has not been seen since.

Officers from South Sydney Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries to locate him.

There are serious concerns for Liam's welfare as he lives with a number of medical conditions.

Liam is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 170cm tall, of medium build, with short brown hair and an eyebrow and lip piercing.

He was last seen wearing black pants, a cream jumper, black puffer jacket, white 'Nike' shoes and was carrying a black backpack.

Liam may be in the Redfern, Haymarket, or Sydney CBD areas.

Anyone who may have seen Liam, or who has knowledge of his whereabouts, is urged to contact Redfern Police Station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
