Police appeal to locate teen missing from state's Central West

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenager missing from the state's Central West.

Harrison Wood, aged 16, was last seen at a home on Belgravia Road, Molong, approximately 33km north-west of Orange, about 6.30pm yesterday (Sunday 29 January 2023).

After failing to return home, officers attached to Central West Police District were notified and commenced inquiries to locate him.

Family and police hold concerns for his welfare due to his age and Harrison living with a condition which requires treatment.

Harrison is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 155cm – 160cm tall, of large build, with short brown hair.

He was last seen wearing a green hooded jumper with a "Bike Camp" logo on the front, black shorts, black shoes and a green knotted wrist band.

It is believed he was travelling on a blue mountain bike.
