Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage girl missing from Sydney's west.
Telesia Anae, aged 16, was last seen at Rooty Hill about 10pm on Wednesday 12 November 2025.
When she failed to return home and could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Mount Druitt Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.
Family and police hold concerns for her welfare due to her young age.
Telesia is described as being of Pacific Islander appearance, about 180cm tall, with black hair.
Telesia is known to frequent Mount Druitt and surrounding suburbs and utilises the rail network.
