Police Appeal To Locate Teenage Boy Missing From Ryde

Police are appealing for assistance to locate a teenage boy missing from Sydney's north-west.

Alvin Boyd, aged 14, was last seen about 9:30am on Tuesday (8 July 2025), in Ryde.

He was reported missing about 11pm yesterday (Wednesday 9 July 2025), to officers from Ryde Police Area Command, who commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold concerns for Alvin's welfare due to his age.

Alvin is described as having a tan complexion, 160cm-165cm tall, with a thin build, short black hair and dark eyes. He was last seen wearing a black puffer jacket, black Nike tracksuit pants, and black Nike air shoes.

Anyone who sees Alvin or has information about his whereabouts is urged to call Ryde Police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
