Police Appeal To Locate Teenager Missing From Haymarket

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage boy missing from the Sydney CBD.

Lowan Clarke, aged 16, was last seen in the Haymarket, about 10.30pm last Friday (13 February 2026).

When he could not be located or contacted officers attached to Tuggerah Lakes Police District were notified yesterday (Thursday 19 February 2026) and immediately commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold concerns for Lowan's welfare due to his young age.

Lowan is described as Caucasian appearance, thin build, 160cm tall and dark coloured hair.

He was last seen wearing a black/white coloured "Gucci" cap, dark coloured t-shirt with "CK Calvin Klein" symbol on the front, dark coloured pants, light coloured shoes and carrying a black backpack.

Lowan is known to frequent the Tuggerah Lakes and Sydney CBD areas.
