Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a woman missing from the state's north-east.
Kimberley Frame, aged 36, was last seen on O'Connell Street, Tamworth about 9.30am on Tuesday 16 September 2025.
When she was unable to be located or contacted, officers attached to Oxley Police District were notified on Thursday 18 September 2025 and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.
Family and police hold concerns for her welfare as she lives with a medical condition.
Kimberley is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 155cm tall, medium build with brown hair, brown eyes and olive complexion.
It is not known what she was wearing.
She is known to frequent the Central Coast and Tamworth areas.
