Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a woman missing from Sydney's inner west.
Melissa Demmatia, aged 71, was last seen in Brighton Street, Croydon, about 10:30am yesterday, Tuesday 16 December 2025.
When she was unable to be located or contacted, officers attached to Burwood Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries to locate her.
Melissa is described as Mediterranean/Middle Eastern appearance, 152cm, medium build, with short black, curly hair.
She was last seen wearing a green dress, black boots and a pink jacket.
Melissa is known to frequent the Leichhardt, Five Dock, Ashfield, Strathfield South, Croydon and Summer Hill areas.
