Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a woman missing from Sydney.
Carmen Smith, aged 76, was last seen in Wentworth Ave, Sydney about 9am today, Saturday 20 December 2025.
When she could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Tuggerah Lakes Police District were notified and commenced inquiries to locate her.
Police and family hold concerns for Carmen's welfare as she lives with several medical conditions.
Carmen is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 160cm tall, with a medium build and short, curly, grey hair.
She was last seen wearing a striped long sleeve shirt, black tights and black runners.
Carmen may be in the Castle Hill, Baulkham Hills or Surry Hills areas.
