Police Appeal To Locate Woman Missing From Chifley

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a woman missing from Sydney's eastern suburbs.

Anisa Abdilahi, aged 37, last made contact with family by phone about 11.30pm on Friday 2 January 2026.

When she was unable to be located or contacted further, she was reported missing to officers attached to St George Police Area Command, who commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Police hold concerns for Anisa's welfare as her disappearance is out of character.

Anisa is described as being of African appearance, about 170cm tall, of thin build, with black hair and brown eyes.

Anisa is known to frequent the Chifley, Matraville and Malabar areas.
