Police Appeal To Locate Woman Missing From Villawood 4 January

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a woman missing from Sydney's southwest.

Kiet Nghi LY, aged 75, was last seen on Alcoomie Street, Villawood, on Wednesday 31 December 2025.

When she was unable to be located or contacted, she was reported missing to officers attached to Bankstown Police Area Command yesterday (Saturday 3 January 2026) who commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Police hold concerns for Kiet's's welfare.

Kiet is described as being of Asian appearance, about 155m tall, of thin build, with short grey and brown hair and brown eyes.

Kiet is known to frequent the Chester Hill and Cabramatta areas.
