Police Appeal To Locate Woman Missing From Sydney CBD 28 February

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a woman missing from the Sydney CBD.

Tiebin Lin, a 55-year-old Signaporean national, was last seen walking away from the Sydney Opera House on Macquarie Street, about 3.05pm on Thursday 26 February 2026 and did not return to her accommodation as expected.

Officers attached to Sydney City Police Area Command were notified today (Saturday 28 February 2026) and have commenced an investigation into her whereabouts.

Police hold concerns for Tiebin's welfare as her disappearance is out of character.

Tiebin is described as being of Asian appearance, about 150cm tall with a black fringe-style haircut.

She was last seen wearing a red shirt with white motifs, black pants, white and red sneakers, was carrying a black shoulder bag and wears glasses.
