Police Appeal To Locate Woman Missing From Glebe 7 April

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a woman missing from Sydney's inner west.

Viana Liku, aged 80, was last seen in Catherine Street, Glebe, about 8pm yesterday (Monday 6 April 2026).

When she couldn't be located or contacted, officers attached to Leichhardt Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Police hold concerns for Viana's welfare due to her age.

Viana is described as being of Pacific Islander/Maori appearance, about 160cm tall, of slim build, with short, brown hair.

She was last seen wearing green and black floral pants, black and white striped shirt, white sneakers, a black handbag and holding a black umbrella.

Viana is known to frequent the Glebe area.
