Police appeal to locate woman missing from Cooma

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a woman missing from the state’s south.

Francesca Hickling-Riveria, aged 26, was reported missing to officers from Monaro Police District on Monday (28 September 2020), after she failed to return to her home in Cooma from a trip to Canberra on Friday 25 September 2020.

Police and family hold concern for her welfare due to not seeing or hearing from her since last Friday, and medical conditions that require daily treatment.

Francesca is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 165cm tall, of thin build, with blue eyes and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing a white long sleeve shirt, black skirt, black flats and a black wig.

It is believed Francesca may have travelled to Sydney via train, and further onto the Newcastle area.

Anyone who may have seen her or who may have information are urged to contact Cooma Police Station on (02) 6452 0099 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
