Police are appealing for public assistance to find a woman missing from Sydney's south-west.
Melita Vo, aged 39, was last seen at Bankstown Hospital before being discharged on Saturday 13 June 2020.
She is described as being of Asian appearance, between 150cm and 155cm tall, with a small build, black hair and brown eyes.
Melita Vo is known to frequent Liverpool and Fairfield areas.
She suffers from a medical condition and police hold concerns for her welfare.
