Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Horsham teen Grace Abbey.
The 15-year-old was last seen in Horsham on 2 August.
It is believed Grace may have left Horsham to travel to Melbourne and may be using public transport to get around.
Grace was last seen wearing a green hooded jacket, white sleeveless crop top and black torn jeans.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare due to her age.
She is known to frequent the Melbourne CBD.
Anyone who sees Grace or has information on her whereabouts is urged to contact Horsham Police Station on 03 5382 9200.
