Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Ashley Haebich.
The 46-year-old was last seen at a medical centre in Kew at 7.30pm on 21 April.
Ashley is described as Caucasian in appearance, 205cm tall, slim build with a protruding stomach with short dark-grey hair and scars on his face.
He was last seen wearing grey track pants, carrying a black bag with pink medical dressings on his legs and no shoes on.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to his medical conditions.
Anyone who sights Ashley or has information on his current whereabouts is urged to contact Boroondara Police Station on (03) 8851 1111.
