Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Hurstbridge man David Manson.
The 68-year-old was last heard from by his son about 1pm on 26 May.
Officers have concerns for David as he has a medical condition which requires medication which he does not have with him.
It's believed David is driving his silver 1994 Saab, registration NBH 675 and has access to cash but no mobile phone.
It's unknown what David was last seen wearing.
David is described as Caucasian in appearance, 175cm tall, medium build with grey hair, blue eyes, fair skin and wears glasses.
Police have released an image of David in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
