Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Brookfield man Kevin Reed.
The 41-year-old was last seen on Radford Court about 3.30pm on 5 April.
Police and family members hold concerns for Kevin due to his behaviour being out of character and a medical condition.
Kevin is 190cm tall, of solid build and is bald.
He may be driving a black Colarado ute.
Investigators have released an image of Kevin in the hope that someone recognises him or has knowledge of his whereabouts.
