Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Moonee Ponds man Mark Roberts.
The 68-year-old was last seen at his home address on Grandison Street at 1pm on Saturday 1 June.
Police have concerns for his welfare as he does suffer from a medical condition which requires daily medication.
Police have released an image of Mark in the hope someone can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Mark is urged to contact Moonee Police Station on 9373 5200.
