Police are currently searching for missing man Robert Horne.
The 28-year-old was last seen at Chapel Street, Windsor on Friday 19 April about 6pm.
Police and family members hold concerns for Robert's welfare due to a medical condition and the length of time he has been missing.
An image of Robert has been released in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his whereabouts.
He is described as about 175cm tall with a solid build, tan skin and brown curly hair.
Anyone who sees Robert or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Prahran Police Station on 9520 5200.
