Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Theo Petridis.
The 80-year-old was last seen on Albert Street in Preston about 5.30pm.
He is described as 165cm tall, medium build with short white hair and he was wearing a black jacket, black pants with a black belt, light coloured shirt and black shoes.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to medical conditions.
Theo is known to frequent the Northland Shopping Centre.
Investigators have released a photo of Theo in the hope someone may recognise him and be able to provide information on his whereabouts.
