Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Reservoir teenager Draden Simmona.
The 15-year-old Reservoir teen, was last seen at his home address on 27 June at about 8.30am.
Draden is described as 160cm, Caucasian short blonde hair and thin build.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to his age and medical condition.
Draden is known to frequent the Northland Shopping Centre, Kingsbury McDonalds and Reservoir area.
Investigators have released an image of him in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Draden is urged to contact Reservoir Police on 9460 6744.
