Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Kyim Scholtmeyer.
The 14-year-old was last seen at a residence in Longbourne Avenue, Notting Hill about 5pm on 5 October.
Police and family members hold concerns for Kyim's welfare due to his age and have released an image in the hope someome recognises him.
Kyim is known to frequent the Notting Hill, Boronia and Thornbury areas.
He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, black tracksuit pants, and black and red runners.
Anyone who sees Kyim or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Oakleigh Police Station on 9567 8900.
