Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 16-year-old girl Kayla Walters.
The teenager left a Poplar Street, Thomastown property about 9pm on 30 April.
Police have concerns for her welfare as she has a medical condition and due to her age.
She is Caucasian in appearance and approximately 150cm tall with black shoulder-length hair and a thin build.
Kayla was last seen wearing a light grey jacket, light grey tracksuit pants, Nike runners and a dark striped beanie.
She is known to frequent the Thomastown, Preston and Bundoora areas.
Anyone with information about Kayla is asked to contact Mill Park Police Station on 9407 3333.
