Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 13-year old Lesley Johnson.
Lesley was last seen near a shopping centre in Morwell on 16 May about 5.30pm.
Police have concerns for Lesley due to her age and she has a medical condition which requires medication.
Lesley is approximately 160cm tall, a fair complexion, long brown hair and green eyes.
Lesley is known to frequent the Latrobe Valley, Morwell, Moe and surrounding areas.
Police have released an image of Lesley in the hope that someone may have information on her current whereabouts.
