Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 15-year-old Blackburn teen Thomas McLachlan.
Thomas was last seen at his residential address on Zadoc Court on 8 July.
Police have concerns for his welfare due to his age.
Thomas is Caucasian with brown hair and was last seen wearing shorts and a blue jacket with Port Melbourne written on it.
The below image of Thomas has been released in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Thomas is known to frequent Mont Albert North and train stations.
Anyone who sights Thomas is asked to contact the Forest Hill Police Station on 8847 3600.
