Police appeals for help to locate teen Thomas Taggart-Miller

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teenager Thomas Taggart-Miller.

The 12-year-old was last seen heading to the Melton skate park around 1pm on 27 April.

Police hold concerns for Thomas' welfare due to his age and medical condition.

Thomas is described as Caucasian in appearance with a fair complexion, 120cm tall, slim build and straight brown shoulder-length hair.

He was last seen wearing a black and white cap, white t-shirt with a red jacket, black jeans and white runners.

He is known to frequent the Melton and Melton south areas.

Police have released an image of Thomas in the hope someone may have seen him.
