Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Heidelberg West teenager Traee McLarty.
The 13-year-old was last seen on 30 May.
Police hold concerns for Traee due to his age.
Traee is Caucasian in appearance, about 145cm tall with a thin build, short brown hair, blue eyes and has a mole to the left side of his bottom lip.
He was last seen wearing a black jacket, black tracksuit pants and black shoes.
Police have released an image of Traee in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Traee is urged to contact Nortcote Police Station on 9430 0200.
