Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 14-year-old Torquay boy Tylah Malachowski.
Tylah was last seen on 9 August at a residence in Cowrie Road, Torquay.
Police have concerns for Tylah's welfare due to his age and the length of time he has been missing.
He is known to frequent the Chadstone Shopping Centre, Mount Waverly, Ashwood and Camberwell.
Police have released an image of Tylah in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Anyone with information about Tylah is asked to contact Torquay Police Station on 52 643 400.
