Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teen Lizette Vergara.
The 15-year-old was last seen about lunch time yesterday (Sunday) at her St Kilda home.
Police hold concerns for Lizette as her disappearance is out of character.
Lizette is described as Caucasian in appearance, approximately 160cm tall with a slim build and long dark hair.
She was last seen wearing a black skirt, green jumper and was carrying a black back pack.
Police have released an image of Lizette in the hope that someone may have information on her current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Lizette is urged to contact St Kilda Police Station on 9536 2666.
