Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 29-year-old Tamara Flumm.
Tamara was last seen leaving her Reservoir residence about 7am on Thursday 10 January.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare due to a health condition and the length of time she has been missing.
Tamara is perceived to be of Asian appearance, slim build with blonde hair extensions.
Investigators have released an image of Tamara in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information regarding her current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Tamara or has any information on her current whereabouts is urged to contact Reservoir Police Station on 9460 6744.
