Police are responding to fatal crash at Paralowie

A motorcyclist has died in a crash at Paralowie early this morning.

About 1.45am on Friday 29 December, police and emergency services were called to the intersection of Bolivar Road and Queen Street after a Kawasaki motorcycle crashed.

Sadly the rider, a 37-year-old northern suburbs man died at the scene.

Bolivar Road is closed in both directions between Kings Road and Hope Drive. Please avoid the area.

Major Crash Investigators remain at the scene investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash. Bolivar Road is expected to remain closed for another two hours.

The man's death is the 113th life lost on SA roads compared with 71 at the same time last year. It is also the 22nd motorcycle fatality this year.
